Have had a SMAS face/neck lift & chin implant in Feb & find the cervicomental angle of chin not completely flat.
My surgeon says this is due to my muscle structure. Is it possible to redress this issue by tightening this muscle in subsequent surgery?

You may wish to consider a Neck-Lace procedure, a bit more aggressive way of tightening the neck than a standard corset platysmaplasty. It is basically a wide interlacing technique for tightening the neck.
