How long does it take for this to resolve? I'm also concerned about the ridge that is under the swollen area becoming a permanent wrinkle or crease in my skin. I had the surgery because I felt my lower eye looked hollow. I did not have bags. These little swollen bags on my lower lid look bad. They vary from day to day. Some days better than others. Is there anything I can do to resolve the issue. I have tried everything I can think of with no results. Anything you could suggest would be appreciated.

The swelling after eyelid surgery should completely resolve by one month. You should ask your surgeon or consult an oculoplastic surgeon to understand what is going on and what can be done.
