If I am a AA cup, with a measurement of 27" under the bust, a weight of 47kg and 161cm tall, what do you think having 280cc under would bring me to?
I mean, what cup size do you estimate I would be after the surgery? As my BA thinks I don't have enough breast tissue to go any larger yet still look natural.. I am hoping for a c cup.. Does anyone think that is possible, or will I be a B cup? And will it be a small, mid or full cup size? Thanks!

RESPONSE FROM DR. JAIME CALOCA  November 29, 2009 6:36 AM

A Large B-cup or a very small C-cup is the approximate end result. I would need to evaluate digital photos (front and side views in order toadvise. I think that the most probable result is a B-Cup with 280 cc implants. Feel free to write me if you are considering surgery at my clinic in Tijuana, Mexico.

Determining cup size with breast enlargement  November 29, 2009 6:28 PM

Estimating cup size is difficult and often inexact especially because of the lack of standards in the clothing industry.
My best advice is to try a sizer with a conforming camisole followed by a desired bra style and cup size that you wish to wear. This should be availbable from your plastic surgeon or can be purchased from websites such as www.breastimplantsizer.com
An implant of 280 under would be equivalent to a 250 sizer over your breast.

I would advise you to find a plastic surgeon in your area that performs computer imaging. This will allow you to see what you will look like after your pocedure is done. Check out www.drsenderoff.com

Determining exact cup size  November 30, 2009 10:31 AM

Determining the exact cup size after a breast augmentation is very difficult to do. In order to achieve the look a patient would like, the use of sizers help determine how many cc's would be needed. Internally your body is very different, depending on your chest wall, your muscle mass, and the amount of breast tissue you have to start off with will determine how many cc's would be best for you. I recommend bringing in pictures of looks you love, like, and do not like to help your plastic surgeon understand what you want. Please check out www.poustiplasticsurgery,com for more info and before and after pictures of patients to compare.
