You can adjust your lips easily with Restylane. Most likely your condition will resolve; I should know, I have been using restylane for 15 years.
You can also have it dissolved, but that rare. Its a good, safe choice for the lips.

Likely you can not make Restylane go away, your best bet is to get more in the smaller side to even out the result.
