Smartlipo Questions
Had Smartlipo of my chin and abdomen/flanks on 7th of April. I am 5'7" and weigh 150. My doctor told me I was a perfect candidate. I'm concerned because although the procedure seemed to take several hours it didn't appear as though there was much drainage/fat in the canister afterwards. One nurse told me it was approximately 800 cc's and I thought afterwards that it didn't seem to be very much? I couldn't tell if it was a combination of fat/tumescent totaling 800 cc's or if it was fat alone. I had a very slight pannus which appears to have flattened out for the most part however I am still swollen throughout my entire abdomen which is to be expected. I wore the chin compression (was immediately happy with the results days one/two after peeking. Was told I could wear the garment for 4 days but today it appeared as though my chin is larger than what it was previously. Will intensive exercise exacerbate the swelling? Running/crunches?
