What is wrong with my right eye?
For some reason my right eye seems to droop. my eyebrow slopes down on that side and there's a lot of excess eyelid skin. Is there something wrong with my eye? And if so, how can I fix it?

These are normal anatomic variations. Surgery, fillers or Botox can help.

You have upper eyelid ptosis. There are many causes of eyelid ptosis. It can be improved by surgery. Recommend consulting with an ocuoplastic surgeon.

The problem that you have is your left eye and not the right eye. You have left eye ptosis (droopiness) and consequently your right eye is over compensating. See a Board certified plastic surgeon who does ptosis surgery.
