Unhappy with upper lid blepharoplasty
I dont know what next steps to take, as I dont feel the surgey I had has given the results I wanted. The surgeon did not place the incisions symmetrically and the higher incision on the right eye has resulted in a more aesthetically pleasing eye lid than the left. Prior to surgery the left eye lid was slightly bigger in the first place and now the right eye lid is the bigger of the two with less wrinkling and less excess skin hanging over. I dont know what to do next, and would be grateful for any advice on corrective surgery, and also what grounds I have for complaint with the surgeon/
It is difficult to assess without looking at photos and/or examination. Asymmetries are not uncommon and every one has them to some degree. There are surgical and nonsurgical options to improve eyelid asymmetry. Consult an oculoplastic surgeon.
