I need upper and lower blepharoplasty Is it better to get my eyes done first from one doctor and then get a face lift or do I get them both done toge
Do I need to find an eye surgeon and then a plastic surgeon? Should this be done at the same time?
Blepheroplasty can be done by traied occuloplastic surgeons as well as plastic surgeons.
The two procedures is commonly done together by BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEONS (AMERICAN BOARD OF PLASTIC SURGERY). Find a surgeon yu trust and can work with to do both at the same time.
Both procedures can be done together, and in fact, it is common to do. The most important factor is to find the surgeon skilled in both (oculofacial plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon). Alternatively, two different surgeons can possibly work together.
The truth is that unless you have been very overweight at one point in life, you don't need a blepharoplasty or a face lift. Fat transfer can make you look like yourself at a much younger age without the stigmata or the risks of a face lift.
