Puffy lower bleph
Had lower bleph done March 04 and notice there is uneven puffyness under my eyes. I had undergone the procedure to reduce the puffyness directly under my eye which it did correct. HOWEVER the larger area under my eye is now uneven and I feel that I look worse then before the surgery. My doctor said that for the most part this is the final result but that I should wait a couple more months. I want to have a revison done but not sure if I should wait. There is still pinching around upper and lower eye area so I'm not sure if healing is complete.

revisional eyelid surgery  July 23, 2011 9:57 AM

There is still swelling present and you want to wait 6 months after your previous surgery before doing anything else. Also, a noticeable problem is hollowness in the upper cheek area that makes the lower eyelid seem puffy. That is something worth addressing. Consult an oculoplastic surgeon experience in lower eyelid revisional surgery.
