Is it normal to have blurry vision 9 days after brow/cheek lift?
Can't see well (close or midrange) with my glasses or contacts. It's been 9 days since my endoscopic brow & midface lift. Oddly, my eyes remained open during the surgery (I had general anesthesia), but doc said my eyes were kept lubricated throughout. Hoped to be back at work soon, but can't see computer or papers on my desk. Outer corner of each eye is turned up slightly -- perhaps that contributed to the altered vision? Had I known my vision was at stake, I'd never have done this! Years ago I had an upper bleph, and had no problems with vision. Thank you for any advice or suggestions.
After periorbital surgery ther might be some swelling of the globe. It may interfer with vision and fitting of the contact lense. You must see an ophthalmologist ASAP for complete evaluation and recommendations.
