Can any occular plastis surgeon out there get ridof the festoon beneath my right eye ?
This was left after a bruise from lower blepharoplasty/ mid face lift - only appeared under one eye . Any improvement would be great and I don't care what it costs

Surgery can improve some festoons. A photo (or exam) is necessary to better assess the problem. The surgery would involve pulling the orbicularis muscle and excising some excess skin. It is important for the surgery NOT pull the eyelid down, so please see an oculoplastic surgeon.

With new technologies being available to plastic surgeons, festoons have never been easier to treat or greatly improve.
A photo or an in person consultation would however be needed.
Good luck from NYC.
