Excessive residual swelling 8-months post-op

Hello. 8 months ago I had cheek implants inserted and facial microliposuction. The doctor initially advised that full healing should be complete by 6 months. When I reached out to the doctor's office recently, the doctor advised healing can take up to one year and that I should take Arnica Montana 12C. Are there any anti-inflammatory medications by prescription (such as steroids) that can help accelerate the swelling reduction. During the 8 months post-op, I've been through two doses of the Medellin dose pack. I would say this contributed to a 15% reduction in swelling.
