What should be done for lymphedema in left arm? Lymphedema from lymphoma 5 years back.

I am writing on behalf of my son Chet Nine. He is 21 year old special needs. Multiple medical issues. He has lypmedema in his left arm and hand and in particular is bad from recent scabies outbreak. (NOT FUN!!) The scabie issue alone is quite traumatizing and has left much needed healing for his skin. I am using calendula oil and lavender on him for a lot of his sores....
Just don't know how to proceed with getting help with lymphedema. Ive reache dout to his doctor and I know she'll get back, but I thought Id try to look on my own. Not sure how to measure his arm or mmg of mercury to choose.
Thank you,
Kim Nine (his mom and guardian)
