Full tuck after mini?

I had a mini tummy tuck in June. I saw 3 dr's who all said that a full was too much for me. The dr I went with didn't do lipo on the stomach with the mini. Consequently I am still fat and unhappy with my results. I am now getting my boobs done in a few weeks and would like my tummy corrected. I have seen two new dr's who both said they do lipo with their mini's, I feel so frustrated and upset that it didn't happen with my surgery. So now what should I do? Be happy and accept my results? The dr doing my boobs has said he can do a full but I will probably end up with a high scar, which isn't ideal. Is there a way to get it low? Or would lipo be enough? If I did lipo, would the skin end up sagging and I'd need an excision anyway? Thanks for any advice. It's really hard for me to trust another dr and I want to walk out of my next surgery feeling happy about my results.
