How soon can a chin implant be replaced after surgery?
chin implant

My chin implant is too large for my face. I needed a better profile for my weak/recessive chin but my face now looks stretched, the chin protrudes too much, my smile is strained and crooked and my face overall is bigger so it looks like I gained 20 lbs. The swelling has gone down dramatically 3 weeks post op. Can I replace the implant right away or do I have to wait 3 months because the doctor thinks it will look better later? I hate my new overdone look and want my petite pretty smile back but still need a better profile. Any recommendations?
