Will my tip still drop at this point??

Im 3 weeks post op. I had tip refinement and alarplasty. I told my PS I only want the front view to change, I am so satisfied with my side view and oblique view. We discussed the procedure and decided not to put an intratip so my side view wont look longer, I am now worried this was a mistake. I also emphasized of how I dont want to end up piggy but it seems my nostrils are showing more and more. I understand I am still swollen but why are things getting worse by each week and not better? :(
