Asymmetrical Jaw/Fat

Hello Dr. I have noticed that for the past 8 years that the left side of my face is more bulbous at the jaw and drops down beyond my chin. My face is pudgy, but there?s definitely something goin on that I don?t understand. It?s beginning to concern me because it?s made me realize that I actually have a droopy left eye and a crooked smile. Could this be due to an unnoticed stroke or just unresponsive nerves? I?ve had no known trauma to my head/face but am a twin and spent significant time in the NICU when I was born (over a month) so who knows what went on back in 1980 with the emergency c-section and the care that followed. Any ideas on what could be done to correct this?
