Uneven lip line - gummy smile

Hi there - I have always had an uneven smile due to my lip going higher on my right side of my face. It seems like it's a muscle issue as well as needing my gum line raised. I have been researching crown lengthening procedure but wanted to know if there was something that I should also be considering. I have not been in an accident as this was just how I was born and it's always bothered me a great deal. I want to see what I can do to fix the issue once & for all. Thanks for your input as it's much appreciated!
