Severe pain, swelling 5 years post TT

I had abdominalplasty 5 years ago. It was a very hard recovery and I have never felt quite right. Now suddenly, a month ago, I have developed severe pain and swelling up and down the muscle plication 5 years later. It feels very painful from ribcage to groin as if I recently had surgery. I have also been running a low grade fever 99.5. The PS says it is nothing to do with TT and did not help me. My GP ran dozens of tests including all rheumatology labs. Everything is normal. I have been in the ER twice this week and had a CT Scan which shows inflammation on abdominal wall consistent with surgery. They have ordered an MRI for further investigation. The two separate times I have been in the ER, I was told this is TT related and PS needs to figure this out. Could this be an infection? A reaction to the permanent sutures? Please help. Noboby will help me and nobody wants to be involved. Thank you.
