More permanent alternatives to fillers?

I've been getting fillers in my lips for the past several years(tried Juvederm and Restylane-have been sticking with Restylane). My lips look perfect for about a week(my derm was conservative at first with just one vial but yesterday I had a vial and a half and they look the best they've ever looked, they're exactly what I want). Unfortunately it just doesn't last. After about 2 months they're down to maybe 20% of what they were and I need to get touch ups. I was just informed by my dr. that it's risky to get injections spaced less than 3 months apart. This is the first I've heard of this and am not happy. But I also realize the cost is ridiculous for something that barely lasts anyway. I really want something more permanent, and the cost isn't a factor, I just haven't been able to find anything other than silcone which I don't want. Does anyone know if there are any other procedures to give me long-lasting full lips? Please help! I'm in the LA area too if that heps with finding a doctor.Thank you!
