Hypertrophic scar management/improvement

Our 5 year old daughter had suffer severe burns on both legs and one hand (oil burn) She was hospitalized for 3 weeks, did 3 debridements and partial skin mesh graft in some areas.

She is now healed but it shows hypertrophic scars specially on her inner leg (knee) we?re using oil based +vit E on her and in some areas, Mepilex. I?d like learn more about possible treatments for her. I was told by our doctor she?s too young to get laser sessions (?)

I was considering the spray Recell and Skin Gun treatment for burns but this is not available in my country. However if I get a positive feedback regarding these treatments I consider taking her overseas.
