It has been 16 days since neck lift. The area on my neck under my chin that is affected is at its longest 9" and its highest 5". The affected area behind my ear is about 3" wide x 5" long. I have been seeing a wound care specialist for 3 days who has been clearing the dead cells with an enzyme. They have said it will take 3-4 months to heal on its own but have a better aesthetic. The skin graft will be faster but not look as good.
