hyaluronidase injection at maxillofacial tissue caused persistent swelling

hello doctor

from 4 months ago I had hyaluronidase injection to dissolve a residue of retylane injection at these sites , but it seems like trapped at the sites of injection and since that time it raised and swelled and when I try to do massage to it or have fractional laser or derma pen it become more swelled and edemated and takes 4 to 5 days to return back to the trapped look .
I tried all anti inflammatory medicines and gels , but nothing changed.
also tried to have hyaluronidase twice without any change.
what is this and what I have to do to make the tissue at these sites return to normal
