I am a 65 year old male that had a lower facelift and fat grafting procedure done

Lower facelift great, left side fat grafting is good, although Nasolabial fold is a little more noticeable, right side Nasolabial area considerably worse, it's as if the fat has pushed my skin towards my nose and the Nasolabial fold is now much more noticeable and longer. Also, there is a new "crease" to the right of my Nasolabial that seems to have occurred because the fat seems to be pushing downward and to the left. The area below my cheek bone is really where we were trying to add volume, but this has not occurred. Now the right side of my face has an older look instead of a "refreshed" look. Also, there is a fat "ball" near my chin and mouth that won't dissolve. What to do? THANK you. Michael.
