Forehead Lift, Brow Lift

in 1992 at age of 27 an eye doctor done this to my eyelids without my informed consent. My parents whom are in their late 80's don't have these very aging eyes. Can this be fixed. He was late by 40 mins and asked me to pick a photo from a mag of how I wanted my eyelids to look like. I picked a model with parallel creases which I was born with He gave me a grin "this is what u want" and didn't go further into detail. I paid for eyelid surgery so I was too trusting back then The model in the pic had a strong facial expression. The doctor put that dynamic furrow and wrinkles on that model onto my face statically, I didn't look into the right light since I eyelids are butchered up badly. Didn't look into the mirror much, Had I done so and especially at an angle I would have seen something odd. I had a forehead lift to release some of the man made furrow marks but that didn't help my eyelids. Can anything be done. This is not from me aging It is done without my informed consent . People think I a really old when I am not....
