I had surgery on July 14th. I have a very upturned nose, will it go down?
rhinoplasty

Im so sad. This was my third rhinoplasty and I cant get a decent nose. First rhinoplasty was on 2014, doctor left me with a piggy nose. My big mistake was to go back with him in 2015 (I think he only reduce my nostrils). This time I researched better and took my time because I was afraid to go for a third rhinoplasty and go through the same process of sadness and depression. Well here I am almost four months after rhinoplasty and my nose doesn?t seem to drop or get better. Is there any chance that it will drop? First thing I told the doctor was that I did not want an upturned nose, that I would like it to be straight. He used grafts from my nose for the bridge not sure for the tip. Is it true that revision rhinoplasty takes double the time to heal? So if it usually takes 5-6 month?s for the tip to drop (or get an idea on how your nose will ALMOST LOOK; not completely. It will take me 10-12 months? Is too over rotated that it can only be fixed with surgery?
