Do you perform surgery to help scar tissue removal or scar revision from tummy tucks?

I had an "hour glass tuck" about two and a half years Ago, my stitches ripped a few days after the procedure, opening the wound right up, I now have a very large scar on my lower abdomen along with deep scar tissue underneath it. I am consistently in pain, uncomfortable, and extreeeeeeemly self conscious about this scar. The scar tissue pushes on my bladder causing me to get bladder nerve blocks, I don't know if it is even fixable, the way the doctor handled the incision opening was extremely neglectful and unhelpful, taking baths in bleach and despite the photos of fever, and the wound opening larger and larger, as well as letting him know I couldn't breath and had bad chest pain; I ended up in the hospital with pulmonary embolisms, dvt, etc... I was very close to loosing my life so you may see my hesitation in going back to him for a "free scar revision". After a year of the wound having to heal from the inside out and now living with this pain and deformity; I am trying to reach out to plastic surgeons to see if there is anyone that is willing to help and or if there is anything that can be done to help me live normal again.
