is my nasal bone depressed

hi im new here i wonder if u can help around 4 years ago i had a trauma to my nose i was hit with a blunt object on the side since then i have had chronic sinistus my nhs doctor in london was sure it was allergies i have been tested and they r all negative last time i saw him i reminded him about the trauma which i think his colleague had not informed him about and i asked him why my nose now looked flat & wide and why i have folds of skin inbetween my eyes and black lines underneath my eyes he said it could be depressed and it should be fractured but i would have to pay i just wondered if u know any good surgeons in london and if u think he could be right my eyelids are very swoolen and i have post nasal drip and congestion i am very worried as i have never seen anyone with the anount of change i have to my face i have pictures if that helps. thanks
