Has anyone heard of ISD (innovative surgical device) implants?!


I had breast augmentation done in Bolivia and got these ISD implants. They are silicone, but I can't seem to find anything on the web about them. I went through a company called Makeover Travel in Bolivia. Any input would be helpful!!!

Sorry to say you got what you paid for. This company is NOT USA/FDA recommended or accepted. If you asked for Mentor than I believe you should have received them. Out of country surgery (more)

i will have isd implants tomorrow and my doc tells me they are fda approved i am in bolivia now. please advise? or shall i go for mentor. im confused and surgery is tomorrow at 7am thanks!!!

ISD is an American company whose headquarters is located in Miami, FL. The product is ISO-9001 and ISO-13485 certified.

Do you think I should be worried?

I told them specifically I wanted Mentor implants and when I awoke after surgery they handed me the BOX that said ISD. I went through a company called Makeover Travel in Bolivia. On their website they specifically say "your choice of Mcghan, Mentor, or Eurosilicone."
