Does your height matter when making a desicion to move the belly button when performing a tummy tuck?

I had a tummy tuck in April 2009 and my doctor said he made a clinical desicion not to move it because I am so short and he would have onyl moved it slightly. Now I have sagging skin above my navel. What do I do? http://www.makemeheal.com/pictures/viewAlbum.php?albumid=9352&password=gustummy1 (password: gustummy1)

You did not have a full tummy tuck
You had a Mini-tummy tuck
To fet rid of the excess skin in the upper stomach, you need to redo to a full tummy tuck (more)
