Rib Surgery with Breast Augmentation??

I have a large rib cage and one of them sticks out more than the other just under my breasts. Is their a type of surgery that isn¡¦t too risky or dangerous that can minimise your rib cage to give a more petite figure by either shaving it back or removing ribs and can this procedure be done the same time as your breast augmentation? If so could you let me know of a surgeon who does this and approx costs?? Any help would be greatly appreciated?º
