What are the risks of hyaluronidase? Surely it dissolves natural hyaluronic acid too? Can find little info online..

I had cheek injections with Restylane 3 weeks ago and now hate it as it has caused significant water retention in my cheeks. Hyaluronidase is bandied around as a 'quick easy' fix to unwanted restylane, but it seems to my mind a dangerous thing to be injecting something which is not FDA approved for the purpose and surely dissolves your own hyaluronic acid too - potentially causing long term damage? I would be grateful for any advice in this regard, as there is a strange lack of info/review on hyaluronidase online. Many thanks
