how long does it take for a combined chin reduction and nose job to heal and show results with no swelling before considering secondary operation?

hello, ive recently undergone both chin reduction surgery and rhinoplasty in 4/6/2009, my chin was made smaller as it was pertruding and my nose was elevated and made alittle less wider without touching the bone structure. its been 6 weeks now since my surgery and i feel as though ive made a big mistake opting to have work done, i feel as though my nose looks bulbous and large and that my chin looks wierd -- overall i feel as though i look dismorfed and bulky. When i try to smile i feel tensionpuuling at the corners of my mouth and under my jaw and feel numbness in my lips which make my lips look square-ish instead of curving naturally upwards in a smile and when i speak it still sounds like i have my mouth full... is this normal considering the time that has passed? will my nose get smaller and will my chin look better and continue to deflate?

Final results will be evident at around one year post surgery. A few months for the chin reduction alone. Hope this helps.
