Is is normal for my upper abdomen to look puffy and larger 1 week after a tummy tuck?

I feel gassy and have gradually noticed my upper ab ( below my breast) feel firm but puffs out

I think you should see your surgeon ASAP. Maybe the muscle repair in the upper abdomen has released. (more)

I feel more swollen today then I have before, my stomache is very swollen right above my incision and I can tell its full of fluid. It feels like a puss bag or something but I just went in for a follow up today though and they said it was okay. They said some people just produce more fluids to heal then others.
