I was wondering if getting breast implants through the belly button is better?


I seen pictures on here where the nipple looks so bad. What are the pros and cons of going through the belly button? Can it be done that way even if I already have boobs but they are a little saggy?

Breast augmentatioin through the belly button is not always recomended. There are alot more tools involved, making it more difficult for the surgeon to ensure symmetry. (more)
