my nose is way more droopy than my original nose
rhinoplastynose jobFacelift

I had rhinoplasty 9 days ago. Doctor said he lifted and narrowed My bulbous and droopy nose. After cast was removed 3 days ago I did notice my nose landing tip is lifted but my middle part tip that was my major and only reason I chose to get a nose job I noticed it is droopier than my original nose. And now it's even more droopy. I'm very concerned. If it's just because of swelling then why is the landing tip noticably changed but the middle part tip is so much droopy?
My noses landing tip was down and now it's lifted but the middle part tip is so droopy. I'm very scared and concerned. What's the problem? Do I need a revision? My front profile looks waaaay worse than my original front profile - middle tip waaay more droopier than before surgery. Pls tell me
Thank you

Dahlia, 9 days is too early to tell what's going on and your description is a bit confusing. It would be great if you could upload a picture of you from fron and profile. But it sounds (more)

It is very common for post operative Rhinoplasty patients to become concerned and anxious with their results. The nose tends to swell significantly, masking the true result. You must give (more)

Here's the reason why I wanted a nose job

I hated the tiny droop of my columella.
So the doctor sujdsted refining my bulbous tip and I agreed.

What the doctor did : (I visited the doctor couple of days ago to find out what he did)

He did refine my bulbous nose
And he LIFTED my tip! (not my columella) he lifted my tip by grafting. (I didn't ask for tip lift and grafting I asked for columella to be lifted)
It was open rhinoplasty by the way.

He did not lift the columella like I asked. He lifted the tip by grafting. And now my columella is waaay worse...
I asked for my columella to be lifted not drooped down

Please tell me your thoughts...
Thank you!
