Had surgery 11 months ago, left breast is now having pain, almost like a pulling feeling inside, possibly because of recent workouts

just wondering if its normal to have pain eventhough its been 11 months since surgery- thinking its because of my workouts, should I stop working out- do you think it's going to cause problems, or is the pain OKAY, and its alright to continue working out? pain is not extreme or anything, but noticable, and only in one breast (inner lower area of breast)
The pain comes and goes, occurs when I move certian ways- doesnt only hurt while working out, but think that's what started the pain..
not doing extreme workouts though.
Thankyou very much ! :)
Thankyou :)
