It is virtually undetectable, even in direct sunlight. I urge you to look at the pics and watch the youtube video, its a pretty awesome kit. The other product I was going to suggest to you was the Dermablend line of cosmetics. They have some great high coverage foundations and concealers that are made to cover up bruising seen after surgeries.
