TSA scanners picking up cosmetic enhancements

I know this may sound strange for someone who has implants (subpectoral) but i'm a bit embarrassed about the new scanners that can see "through" clothes. I have had a tummy tuck and a mid face lift ("string")along with implants (subpectoral). Would a scanner be able to pick up on all of this? Even though i have had cosmetic surgery i'm not an "extrovert" when it comes to showing off my cosmetic enhancements.

It may be too early to say- but it seems that the technology that they are going to use is essentially an xray machine that will be able to see your breast implants. (more)

The exact details of what the scanners can detect, I have seen on TV some images. I think it can be assumed that the silicone shells of the implants and silicone gel implants may be detected.
