You appear from the photo to be a bit thick?
How do your pre op clothes fit (tight?). What about your weight- have you gained weight?

You may have either gained weight or perhaps have a fluid collection causing you to look as if you have gained weight.

Usually a physical exam can tell the difference, occasionaly an ultrasound is needed. After a diagnosis is made, a treatment plan can be formulated. I agree that the result is disappointing.
