Hi, Ive been considering surgery for a few years now, im a 18 year old man im of west indian/jamaica decent i dont like the projection of my nose

my nose is fairly slim not very wide and also is very straight not curved i know of people like michal jackson geting plastic surgery to look 'less' black but i was just wondering if there was any thing that could be done to mabe make my nose appear more ethnically black which is what i class myself as, i know this question may sound strange but i need some advice also is there a very Rough estimate you would expet a procedure like this would cost in the uk? Thank you very much.
