Two fold question re: Chin implant and Lower Eyelid Surgery

I had a chin implant, neck lipo, and lower eyelid surgery last Tuesday. I know it's only been a week but I have some concerns about both and would like a second opinion.

Even though a small chin implant was used, my face looks oddly shaped as if the implant was just tacked onto my face. I used to have a photogenic and pleasing heart shaped face with delicate projection and only got the implant to elongate my face. My face looks too long now and I'm wondering if it's normal for chin implant patients to also freak out at first? Also, what percentage of it is usually swelling? And, if I want to get it taken out, how long should I wait, and what are the chances of disfigurement?

Second, my right eye is not healing as well as my left eye. The scar is more pronounced and raised. Is it typical for one eye to heal faster than the other or is this a sign of a greater problem? Thanks so much.
