I am 41 and intend to have a baby very soon - but really want to do lipo now, prior to pregnancy because I think my body will be better before and aft

but is a total waste of time and money to do this? I would ideally get the hip/flank abdominal lipo next week, recover for three weeks and then start trying to have our baby. What do you think? We are not rich (yet) so it's not like I can do this all the time. But I"m wondering if it makes sense.
