previous DVT in right arm

In Oct. 2006 I got a DVT clot in the right arm. It was very strange and no reason was ever determined for it given I am 30 years old (in 2006 I was..am now 34) and workout regularly, do not smoke, and have very good health. The only thing the thrombosis doctor could come up with was that the weights I had been lifting were too heavy. I was on coumadin for a year and have no problems since. Would breast augmentation using the inframmary method with twilight/conscious sedation still be safe to be performed on me? Other than the previous clot, I ahve no other medical issues.

It is strange. PS should request clearance from a hematologist before any surgery (more)
