i want a bigger butt and hips.


im about 5'7 and 115 pounds, so you can imagine me tall and slender right? i really want to do the "fat transfer/graphing" but i hardly have any fat to give up. what is another SAFE way/surgery can i get to achieve my desired look?

Since you have minimal fat you can use PMMA injections. The buttock implants are very unpredictable that is why so very few are done in the U.S. Good luck from MIAMI (more)

The fat grafting is not an option when the patient has a minimal amount of fat. The next safe way to achieve bigger buttocks is with buttock implants.

now my question/concern is, how do implants feel? i've seen a video of a patient who had horrible implants, that moved around and didn't stay in place. and how long can i keep the implants in? i will send in pictures soon.
