I've never had rhinoplasty before and have developed a noticable bone spur. Could removing it just make it grow back worse?

It's on the left side of the upper bridge of my nose. I noticed it a year ago, but at the time it was smaller and only noticable when I wiggled my nose (I don't know how else to explain this. Haha. :] ) I had it checked out by a doctor and am sure that it is a bone spur, not a cyst. Recently it's grown...rather suddenly and quickly. I'm looking into getting it removed, but am very nervous about it growing back, seeing as it's growing on its own as is.

Thank you!

Removing a bone spur will not cause it to grow back. Please let me know if you have any specific questions about removal of the bone spur. Thank you, and best of luck.
