why after 5 my nose job has one side seemed to cave in just at the bottom of the bridge?

i have been told the tip is the last thing to shape and given it does still feel quite swollen. i am thinking this could be the cause for the appearance of a small hollow just at the bottom of the bridge on my left side. is this common? the right side looks good and does not feel like there is any hollow there. saying this....inside my nose on the inner side of each nostril the fleshy bits seem to have been very swollen since day 1. could this be the cause? will these go down? i am panicking that my surgeon will tell me it was my own fault and i have damaged it! on photos my nose was very slightly crooked and he told me there wasnt much he could do about this, now it looks very crooked!!! so much so i wont have my picture taken. i am worried sick...... please help me.
