hypertropic scars and seromas after neck surgery

I am looking for help with additional treatments for large hard tissue masses on my neck. I also have soft areas on my neck, filled with fluid, which expand as a blister would. My neck is still swollen, six months after my mini face/neck lift. The surgeon operated on my neck again last month. Now I have even more hard lumps and bumps. My entire neck is swollen and the internal tissue masses (scars) have caused my skin to turn red. For six months, I have used warm compresses on my neck and have worn silicone gel scar patches over the hard masses. I also use a neck wrap. These masses are extremely painful. My surgeon has given me steroid injections directly into the masses on three different occasions. Nothing seems to be helping. I am becoming very concerned about this complication from the surgery. My surgeon thinks my body may be over-reacting because I have fibromyalgia. I would appreciate any medical advice that is available. Thank you.
