Can a reverse tummy tuck be done at the same time as a breast lift/implant or is it 'too much' as I have been told?

I had a full tummy tuck about 3-4 years ago which removed 2 pounds of skin total from my abdomin. I had a brachioplasty 3 months thereafter. Backstory: I lost 159 pounds through diet/exercise (no bariatric surgery) within a very short time period (1 1/2 years) so it left a pretty nasty mark on my body. I now weigh about 115 lbs. I'm 5'4 and 22 years old. I was nearing my 20th birthday when I had the surgeries done.

While the doctor and I thought the full tummy tuck would have solved the problem of my loose abdominal skin, a good portion has stuck around on the upper abdomin while a little bit of the lower has loosened up. There are also two 'knot' scars where I was told the sutures were closed, on my belly button and directly below in the centre of the scar on my tummy, which are hyperpigmentated and slightly raised but not keloidal. I have no idea how to get rid of these or how they will effect future surgeries.

I was told to wait for a few years before considering more procedures and have done so. I now want to go ahead with getting a thigh lift and breast augmentation (lift + implants) that I have been wanting. There is also some rather unsightly sagging skin below my armpits that bulge over my bra and some sagging above the waist on my sides nearing the back.

I was told by a local plastic surgeon that a reverse tummy tuck, thigh lift, and breast augmentation was what I needed. The scar could be extended during the breast augmentation to go below my armpits and partially around to get rid off the overhang and pull up the sagging skin close to my back. However, none of these procedures otherwise could be combined. I had originally been informed through research on the internet that a reverse tummy tuck could very successfully be integrated into breast augmentation as it uses the same scar.

Can anyone out there tell me what they would recommend? Are these indeed the right procedures to be looking at? Could the breast augmentation + reverse tuck be successfully combined or is it really too much?

Thanks!

From your pictures it seems the laxity is vertical laxity and reverse abdominoplasty will not improve that. You need vertical tightening, Which originally would have been a fleur des lis (more)

I?m not too sure if you could do both surgeries at the same time, but I do know Dr. Pousti does amazing breast work! You should definitely check his website out!!
