4weeks post upper/lower eye phleb

The scars are feeling tight and pulling, sutures came out 10days post, the scar seem to be raised abit and are pulling my outer part of the eyes downwards and exposing the inside lower lids giving me red eyes.

You are describing ECTROPION, or pulling down of the lower lid to expose the inside of the lid.
You need to see your doctor ASAP, to prevent the scar from permanently causing ecrtopion. (more)
